90-Degree Hybrid Microwave Couplers
Krytar recently released two new 90-Degree Hybrid Microwave Couplers that provide 3 dB of coupling in the 1.4 GHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range.
Both couplers can handle up to 20 Watts power and 3 kW of peak power. They both have a -54°C to +85°C operating temperature range. Like all Krytar hybrid microwave couplers, these models can split and combine amplifier, switching circuit, and antenna beam-forming networks’ signals.
Model 3014265 measures only 2.62 inches (L) x 1.00 inches (W) x 0.40 inches (H), and weighs just 2.0 ounces. It delivers excellent versatility from 1.4 to 26.5 GHz with excellent phase and amplitude matching. Typical specifications include Amplitude Imbalance: ±1.2 dB; Phase Imbalance is ±12 degrees; Isolation is >12 dB; Maximum VSWR: 1.80; Insertion Loss is <3.0 dB.
Model 3017265 measures 2.60 inches (L) x 0.625 inches (W) x 0.50 inches (H), and weighs just 1.6 ounces. It also delivers excellent versatility from 1.7 to 26.5 GHz with excellent phase and amplitude matching. Typical specifications include Amplitude Imbalance: ±1.5 dB; Phase Imbalance is ±10 degrees; Isolation is >14 dB; Maximum VSWR: 1.85; Insertion Loss is <3.4 dB.
