Long Pulse, Multiple Stage, L-Band Radar Pallet: ILP1214EL200

The ILP1214EL200 pallet is the first in a series of new high power L-Band LDMOS based pallets for pulsed operation in the 1215-1400MHz frequency range.

It is a 50 ohm matched 2-stage high power pulsed pallet amplifier for L-Band radar systems operating over the instantaneous bandwidth of 1215-1400MHz. The pallet supplies a minimum of 200 watts of peak pulse power under the conditions of 16ms pulse width and 50% duty cycle and gain of 22.3dB.
