QuinStar Technology, Inc. provides a new 0.25 to 50 GHz extra broadband power amplifier (QPW-00501533-J2). The output power is 15 dBm with flatness of ± 1.50 over 0.25 to 50.0 GHz frequency range. The measured gain of this amplifier is 37 dB min. The amplifier resides in a housing of 1.50" x 1.35" x 0.50", the RF connectors are removable 2.4mm(F). The DC power supply for normal operation is 12V @ 400 mA, typical value. The applications include EW, wireless, EMC and instrumentation.
