Datasheet: CMD142 - 10-14 GHz Low Noise Amplifier

The CMD142 is a highly efficient, two-stage GaAs mHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier ide-ally suited for EW and communications sys-tems where small size and low power con-sumption are needed. The device is optimized for 12 GHz and delivers greater than 20 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB com-pression point of +5 dBm and noise figure of 0.9 dB. The CMD142 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD142 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. This ampli-fier is the perfect alternative to higher cost hy-brid amplifiers.
